Online and In-Studio Classes! 

Please note dates on the schedules below. ​
Studio closed Wednesday July 1st to Sunday July 5th for extra long Canada Day weekend, plus Monday August 17th to 31st for summer holidays. 

How does it work?

We are integrating in studio classes starting Monday June 8th!

Online:​

• Sign up for the classes via Mindbody (app, or website clients.mindbodyonline.com)
• Create user name and password on Zoom. 
• One to two hours before the class, we will send you the link you need to use to sign into the class on Zoom. 
• Deadline to sign up for a class is 15 minutes prior to- to allow us enough time to send you the Zoom class link. 
• If you don't recieve the class link by 15 minutes prior to the class- please message us at 13062204165 and we will help you out!

In Studio:

• Please change before you come to the studio. 
• Smaller class sizes (8)
• More time between classes
• 2.5 meters between equipment
• Instructor wears mask (up to clients if they choose to wear masks)
• Instructor cleans equipment
• Directional arrows in class to assist with flow through the studio

Schedule is tentative. Classes are added and removed based upon client demand, client requests, etc.

We have two types of group classes:
1) Regular Drop In Group Classes

• join anytime
• packs of classes for drop in group classes never expire (unless its a promotion)
• credits are good for ALL drop in group classes - mat and equipment
• you can sign up for regular weekly classes (months in advance if you like)
• or, drop into classes as your schedule allows
• we aim for FLEXIBILITY and CONVENIENCE with these classes
• people in the class will vary week by week

2) Set Session Group Classes

• Either re-occurring 8 week or 10 week classes- typically once per week for a set time period
• You have to sign up for all classes in the set session
• Can't make a class? You can use the set session class credit towards a Drop In Group Class (max twice)
  • ​​have to use up the set session credits during the duration of the set session (set session credits expire)
• Progressive in nature- class builds upon the week prior
• same group of people in the class
