Refund Policy:
Changed your mind? Life situation changed? Couple options:
1) Purchased and booked a spot in a Set Session/Intro to Pilates and can no longer attend? If we find someone to fill your booked spot, we can refund you minus 5% processing fees (if paid in cash/e-transfer, no processing fees). Too late to find someone to fill the spot you booked? 50% return credit to your account (to use towards future group class service purchases).
2) Part way through a Set Session/Intro to Pilates or part way through using expiring credits and extenuating circumstances occurred? (COVID, moving, etc.) We can place the cash value on your account, and you can use towards a future group class service purchase (in studio and online classes, etc.)
3) Not going to finish using your credits? We can give them to a friend of your choice, you can give them to a common pool of credits (that is shared amongst those that are not always able to afford regular Pilates- such as students).
Please note: use all credits up by June 28, 2024. We will be changing our class management system at that time.
