Changed your mind? Life situation changed? Couple options:
Changed your mind? Life situation changed? Couple options:
- If it is within 24 hours of your purchase, we can e-transfer you back the funds minus the credit card fees we are charged (5%)
- Purchased and booked a spot in a set session (i.e.- Prenatal, Postnatal, Beginner, etc.) and can no longer attend? If we find someone to fill your booked spot, we can refund you minus 5% processing fees (if paid in cash/e-transfer, no processing fees).
- Too late to find someone to fill the spot you booked? 50% refund cash/cheque, or 75% return credit to your account (to use towards future purchases).
- Part way through a set session or part way through using expiring credits and something happened? (COVID, moving, etc.) We can place the cash value on your account, and you can use towards a future service purchase (in studio, online services, etc.).
- Not going to finish using your credits? We can give them to a friend of your choice or you can give them to a common pool of credits (that is shared amongst those that are not always able to afford regular Pilates- such as students).
