New to Pilates Equipment and not sure where to start?
We have a couple options for you!
- Privates
- Beginner Equipment Set Session- paused until September 2023
- Wednesdays at 7:15 pm (50 min classes)
- New Set Session re-starts every month
- Commitment for the month - 4 or 5 classes (depending on how many Wednesdays in the month)
- Same group of clients every class
- NO early cancellation- but, we add an extra drop in group equipment class credit to your account (to use towards any drop in group equipment class of your choice)

- Beginner Equipment Classes
- Thursdays at 5:30pm (50 min classes)-
- Tuesdays at 10:10am
- Sign up as your schedule allows (potential for different clients each class)
- Use regular drop in group equipment class credits
- 15 hour early cancellation policy
- Great if you:
- New to Pilates and want to try a class
- Been away from Pilates for awhile
- Coming back to Pilates after a recent injury, or recently pregnant (and have been cleared by your doctor)
- Already do Pilates and want to bring a friend to try out Pilates Equipment
- Also great if you do shift work/can't attend a regular beginner set session
Beginner Equipment

- New to Pilates? Feel out of practice? Been away for awhile? Perhaps not sure if you learned the foundations properly in the first place?
4/5 week set session classes will focus on the basics of Pilates in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. Clients will learn the foundations and principles of Pilates, beginner level exercises on Pilates mat and equipment (reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Arc). Clients will also learn how to modify the equipment and weight to their body needs (on any given day) to enable them to move through regular drop in group classes with confidence and ease.
*credits are only good for the 4/5 week set session (credits expire at the end of the Set session)
* Clients will also receive a complimentary drop in class credit to our regular drop in classes

Studio Etiquette
- For your first class at the studio, please try and arrive 10 minutes early as there is a client intake form for you to fill out
- Pilates is done barefoot or in grippy socks (no shoes)
- Bring yourself in comfy clothes- otherwise there is a change room
- Everything else is provided (no need to bring mats, water, etc)
- Since we are an open space studio, please be quiet when you arrive as another class might be in progress
- If another class is in progress, please try not to talk at the front of the studio (on your cell phone, to other clients) unless in a whisper
- when the class before yours ends, please hold off on entering the equipment space- allows previous clients a chance to clean off their machines/mats/etc.
